BeeAhead ("we," "us," or "our") is a digital education brand based in St. Johns, Florida, United States. We create AI-powered education tools for independent professionals. Our website is located at beeahead.net and our products are sold through our Payhip storefront at payhip.com/BeeAhead.

2 Digital Products — What You're Buying

BeeAhead sells digital products (PDF downloads). When you purchase a product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use it for your own professional purposes.

3 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our products contain AI prompt templates designed to help you generate content using artificial intelligence tools. Please be aware of the following:

• AI-generated content should always be reviewed, edited, and approved by you before publishing
• You are solely responsible for any content you create using our prompts
• Real estate professionals must ensure all AI-generated content complies with Fair Housing laws, NAR Code of Ethics, state licensing regulations, and any applicable MLS rules
• BeeAhead does not guarantee that content generated using our prompts will be accurate, compliant, or suitable for your specific market or jurisdiction
• We strongly recommend reviewing all AI-generated content with a licensed broker or compliance professional before publishing

BeeAhead is an education and tools company — we are not a law firm, brokerage, or compliance service. Nothing in our products constitutes legal or professional advice.

4 Purchases & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe via our Payhip storefront. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment method.

• All sales are final upon delivery of the digital product
• You will receive an email confirmation with your download link immediately after purchase
• Each purchase allows up to 5 download attempts
• Your PDF will be stamped with your email address on the top left of each page to protect intellectual property
• Keep your download in a safe location — we recommend saving it to cloud storage

If you experience technical issues downloading your product, contact us at hello@BeeAhead.net within 7 days of purchase and we will assist you.

5 Refund Policy

Because our products are digital downloads that are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.

However, we want you to be satisfied. We will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

• You were charged but never received access to the product due to a technical error on our end
• You were charged twice for the same product
• The product file is corrupted or unusable

To request a refund under these circumstances, email hello@BeeAhead.net within 7 days of purchase with your order details. We do not offer refunds because you changed your mind or did not use the product.

6 Intellectual Property

All BeeAhead content — including but not limited to product PDFs, prompt text, website copy, branding, logos, and design — is owned by BeeAhead and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants you a personal license as described in Section 2. It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

• You may not claim our products as your own original creation
• You may not reproduce or distribute our products in any form
• You may not use our branding, logo, or name without written permission

7 Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Our products will meet your specific business needs or expectations
• Results from using our prompts will be guaranteed in any way
• Our website will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI tools referenced or used with our prompts will remain available or unchanged

Your use of our products is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeeAhead shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of St. Johns County, Florida.
